from Brittan like many other sites will have you believe. In fact, she was born in Japan by a company called
Sanrio. However, her character lives in London with her twin sister Mimmy, and
parents.
After she was born in 1974, she quickly became viral spreading to
all kinds of products. In fact she become so popular she has her very on cartoon TV show. You can find the TV
show in both English and Japanese. Some of Kitty’s fame has lead certain products to become rare sought out
items. The Hello Kitty digital camera is one of those items. If you happen to cross paths with one, you could
easily fetch $500-$600 on EBay or Japan’s Yahoo Auction website.

She became popular with school girls and quickly spread across the
globe to the UK, Canada, and the USA. A more in depth look at her and you will find that in her TV series she
also loves to travel. Whether this is coincidence or not, it is still up for debate.
Interestingly enough, she loves collecting things like jewelry,
fish, and candy. This trend seems to spawn off to the younger influential youth of our time. As the girls
grow older, Hello Kitty doesn’t become out of fashion. Fortunately for her fans, they can even get credit
cards with her pictures plastered across it. In Japan, it is common to see cell phones with all kinds of
dangling treasures. And yes, Kitty is one of those treasures.
In 1999, Kitty met a boy named Daniel. Although he isn’t as
popular, he is quickly becoming more of a masculine figure that girls can feel comfortable around.
Unfortunately the real world isn’t as generous.
The original purpose of Hello Kitty was for her to be a symbol of
friendship on gifts. Boy did that ever take off! Whether you’re in your 30’s or preteen’s, she will always
have a long lasting impact on your life.
